Step 01 - Residential Consultations (Idea's Session)

The consultation is an important stage where I get to know you, your aspirations and how you intend on using your outdoor space. It is a time to discuss ideas and possible styles for the best outcome for you and your family! A site consultation will take around 60 minutes.

Residential consultations start from $300 dependant on location

Step 02 - Concept Design

Using the design brief established during the design consultation, we will draw up a concept design for the landscape, supported by images of key design elements and materials. The concept design will be presented in person (generally at our home office). Following this, your feedback and queries will be answered and one design revision is included to finalise the plan! Any additional changes will incur additional fees.
Note: Concept designs will generally be presented as a coloured computer based plan with imagery. 3D renders can be included if desired.

Step 03 - Design Development

Once the concept is finalised, we get into the detailed design. Depending on your requirements, this can include; planting, lighting, pavement set-outs, pool detailing, structure details, wall setout plans, construction details and documentation. Plans for council applications and sub contractor/engineering liaison can be arranged as required.

Step 04 - Project management

Once your project is ready for construction, it is recommended that some level of project involvement continues to ensure design integrity. I am also more than happy to recommend preferred contractors for the construction and/or project manage this stage as required. I will offer planting substitutions, advice and visit site for installation of key elements and practical completion.
